Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We ship our microfiber towels from fulfillment locations in Israel and Canada. Please read the policy below for details on processing, delivery, and related charges. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday for our Israel facility, Monday–Friday for our Canada facility), excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, so please double-check your details at checkout.

Where We Ship From

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fulfill from the warehouse closest to your delivery address:

  • North, Central & South America: Shipped from our Canada facility.
  • Europe, the Middle East, Africa & Asia-Pacific: Shipped from our Israel facility.

The fulfillment location may vary depending on stock availability. In some cases, a single order may ship in multiple parcels from different locations at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Methods, Times & Costs

Estimated delivery times below are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and chosen method.

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders above a set threshold; the threshold, if active, is shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, contact us.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can help investigate.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of customs charges may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded less the original shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the order has been processed, but once an order has shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
